Preparation:
Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in chilies, olives, chili powder, coriander, and BBQ sauce; set aside.
Separate each biscuit into halves and place on a baking sheet. Flatten with hands. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon BBQ mixture on each biscuit and top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 9-12 minutes. Top with sour cream, if desired.
