Preparation:
Begin by lightly coating shrimp in flour. Add extra virgin olive oil to a
hot
saute pan. Once the oil is hot, add shrimp and toss rapidly. Once the shrimp
have taken on a pink color, add your garlic and toss rapidly for 30 seconds.
Now you may add your white wine. Cook until the white wine has reduced by
1/4.
Now add tomatoes and crushed red pepper to taste (the more you add the more
diavlo it will be!). To finish, season with salt and pepper and pour over
