Preparation:
Combine beer, peppercorns, red pepper and bay leaves in heavy large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add shrimp to saucepan. Cover and boil just until shrimp are opaque, about 5 minutes. Drain. Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Serve with cocktail sauce.
