Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worcestershire, and garlic in a food processor process until well blended and smooth add celery and chives, pulse just to mix lightly fold in shrimp and crab form into a log wrap in plastic and chill until firm unwrap and place onto a serving platter combine chili sauce and sour cream pour over log garnish with minced parsley serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted crackers to the side |
