Preparation:
TO COOK AND SERVE: Sprinkle shrimp with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Heat butter over medium heat until just melted. Add shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon water. Simmer, shaking pan constantly to keep the sauce from separating until shrimp are cooked, about 4 minutes.
Serve immediately with of plenty of French bread to sop up the rich sauce. |
