Preparation:
combine sesame oil, soy, salt, pepper, and shrimp-mix well cover and let stand for 30-60 minutes cut 4 rounds from each bread slice spread shrimp mixture onto half of bread rounds cover with remaining bread rounds press edges together to seal heat oil to 375-400 degrees add rounds in small batches and fry for 1 minute on each side, until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve warm |
