Preparation:
Remove Extra Firm or Firm tofu from container. Slice in half or cut into slices at least 1/2 inch thick. Freeze, covered with plastic wrap. Take from freezer. Place on glass platter/pie dish.
Microwave at Thaw setting for 3-9 minutes or until thawed, checking at 3-minute intervals and pouring off excess moisture. When thawed, pat dry with paper toweling.
The cutlets are now ready to use in a variety of ways.
