Preparation:
In a large broiler-proof pan heat the butter, olive oil and garlic on top of the stove. Stir in the parsley, cayenne and lemon juice. Add the shrimp, tossing to coat. Place under the broiler 6 inches from the flame. Broil until done, about 5-6 minutes. Check about halfway through the cooking time and turn if necessary. Serve as an appetizer or as a main dish over rice, pouring the pan juices over each serving.
