Stuffed Won Tons

Ingredients:

1 package won ton wrappers
1 pound ground sausage
1/2 cup provencal vinegar
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

1. Brown sausage with vinegar in large skillet. Drain grease. 2. Add cheeses and seasonings. Mix well, Place small spoonful or meat mixture in the center of each won ton skin. 3. Pull four corners up to center and press together forming a little pouch. 4. Works well baked in mini muffin pan. May also be baked on regular cookie sheet. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes or until tips of won ton are golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot.
