Ingredients:

all purpose flour or half white and half whole wheat flour |

granulated sugar or half granulated and half brown sugar |

solid vegetable shortening -- butter flavor crisco preferred |

Preparation:
Combine flour and sugar; mix in shortening with pastry blender until the consistency of corn meal. Store in container with tight fitting lid. Makes approximately 10 cups, sufficient for 4 crisps. |
