Ingredients:

10 medium granny smith apples
1 package jiffy yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 stick butter or margarine
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350oF. Peel/core/slice apples. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes.
