Preparation:
Brown meat in small amount of oil. Remove meat and saute onions till soft.
Place water, olives, thyme, salt, and pepper in pot. Add meat. The olives may be washed to remove some of the salt.
Cook on low heat until meat is tender (approximately 1 hour). A diffuser can be used.
Add mushroom soup and heat. Do not boil.
Serve over rice or noodles. I prefer it over noodles. 4 Servings (Also good with stewing hen.) |
