Preparation:
Heat oil in a saucepot, over a medium flame add garlic and red pepper flakes, heat and stir for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant add tomatoes and their juice, wine, and bay leaf bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon add shrimp, simmer for 2 minutes add clams and mussels cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes, until clams and mussels pop open (discard any that do not open) season to taste with salt and pepper simmer pasta until barely tender and drain well ladle stew over pasta garnish with minced parsley serve hot |
