Preparation:
Heat oil in a large saute pan, over a medium flame add garlic and crushed chiles heat and stir for 2 minutes, until fragrant add tomatoes in their juice, wine, and bay leaf bring to a boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes, breaking tomatoes up with a wooden spoon add shrimp, clams, and mussels cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until clams and mussels open (discarding any that refuse to open) season to taste with salt and pepper place pasta into a large serving bowl top with seafood mixture garnish with minced italian parsley serve hot |
