Preparation:
Fry 2 cloves of garlic in 3 tablespoons of olive-oil until slightly golden in colour, then remove them.Melt in it 4 fillet of salted sardines, then add 1 kilo of peeled,chopped tomatoes, seed removed, a pinch of powdered red chilli, salt and pepper . Let cook on a low flame for 10 minutes, finally sprinkle abundant oregano on. This sauce is enough to season 700 gms. of spaghetti cooked until chewy but firm to bite. |
