Ingredients:

ground mustard -- (dry) |

eggs -- slightly beaten |

sausage -- cook and drain |

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Pour egg mixture into casserole. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with: muffins, hash browns and fruit juice. |
