Preparation:
Heat sausage in a skillet, over a moderate flame heat and stir until well browned remove from heat, drain well, and allow to cool combine sausage, eggs, cottage cheese, chives, and parmesan cheese-mix well place a tablespoon of filling onto the center of each wonton skin moisten edges slightly, pull-up corners, and press to seal in a teardrop shape brush lightly on all sides with melted butter place onto a baking sheet bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes, until lightly browned serve hot or cover and chill or freeze for later service reheat @ 375 degrees for 8- 10 minutes serve hot |
