Turkey Legs With Vegetables

Ingredients:

4 medium turkey legs
2 medium carrots -- peel, 1 inch lenghts
2 medium potatoes -- cubed
3 medium celery stalks -- sliced
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 piece bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on low for 5 to 8 hours. Add salt, if needed.
