Preparation:
combine flour, salt, and pepper dredge turkey in seasoned flour, pat with your hands to remove excess dip into egg, allowing excess to drip off roll in sesame seeds to coat evenly cover and chill for 30-60 minutes heat butter in a saucepan, over a moderate flame add turkey and brown on all sides, without burning remove turkey to a large baking pan pour warmed brandy over the top, ignite, and allow flames to subside roast @ 325 degrees for 90 minutes, baste often pour cream into pan drippings-mix well baste turkey thoroughly roast @ 325 degrees for 20 minutes remove to a serving platter serve hot |
