Preparation:
Line a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish with bread. Spread cottage cheese over bread. Combine eggs, salt, and pepper; beat well. Stir in Cheddar cheese; pour over cottage cheese. Arrange Swiss cheese over egg mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes. |
