Preparation:
In a skillet melt butter on medium high heat. Add flour and mix in well and continue to stir until flour turns light brown. Stir in onion, garlic, parsley, remaining salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken to mixture and stir on medium beat for 2 minutes. Add cooked rice to skillet and mix well. Add green onion and TABASCO Brand Pepper sauce and Mix. Bring heat to high for one minute then add stock. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer, and stir. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes and serve. |
