Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

Serves: 1 1/4 cups
 

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered milk (instant non fat)
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup boiling water
3 Tablespoon butter or margarine (not the whipped type)
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender and puree until smooth. Will take about 3 minutes. Store in refrigerator if not using right away.
