Preparation:
Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually. Add cooled melted oleo and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder; add to eggs. Chocolate: Add 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Nuts: 1 cup nuts chopped fine. Bake in pizzelle machine (iron). Start about 60 seconds each when machine is hot, reduce to about 30 seconds each. |
