Preparation:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in a skillet; brown on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside. Place the green bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes or until softened, stirring frequently. Return the chicken to the skillet; cover and cook over medium-low heat for 45 to 50 minutes, stirring often. Gently stir in the frozen green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with potatoes, rice, or noodles. |
