Preparation:
Heat oven to 350ΓΈ. Heat cheese and half-and-half in 1-1/2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy; remove from heat. Stir in potatoes, ham, and onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and bake 45 minutes. |
