Preparation:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in taco mix. Spread in bottom of pie pan. Top with chilis.
Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs for 1 minute. Pour over meat mixture. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, green onions, and cheese. |
