Preparation:
Rehydrate granburger in hot water for 10 minutes. In a heavy sauce pan or dutch oven, saute the onion and rehydrated granburger in a little corn oil till onion is tender. Stir in soup, milk, salt, and thyme. In a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, place half ot the cooked noodles, granburger mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers of noodles and granburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Add remaining cheese; continue baking 10 minutes. |
