Preparation:
1. Cook rice according to pacakge directions until tender but firm to the the bite.
2. Use eggs to make a chinese omlette, cut into strips
3. In a wok, heat 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil, add greens and fry 1 minute; remove and keep warm.
4. Add remaining oil to the wok, add garlic and green onions and stir one minute, then stir in the rice.
5. When mixed thoroughly, stir in ham, greens, omlete slices and salt. |
