Preparation:
1. in a saucepan, combine coconut milk, water and tangy coconut ginger soup mix. 2. bring to a boil. 3. add rice and stir. 4. return to a boil, stirring constantly. 5. reduce heat to low. cover and simmer 20 minutes. 6. remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. 7. add parsley and fluff with fork. 8. serve. |
