Preparation:
Cook liguine according to package directions. Drain and keep warm. melt butter in a large skillet. Add broccoli, carrot, green onion, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and cook until just tender. Add mushrooms, pea pods and white wine and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in linguine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
