Preparation:
Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade. In a bowl, combine artichokes, lettuce, red peppers, sprouts, almonds, water chestnuts, radish, onion and cheese. Set aside. In a jar w/ a tight fitting lid, combine the rest of the artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, pepper, sugar and garlic. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to mix and serve. Approximately 6 minutes. |
