Preparation:
Marinate chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of your favorite marinade or Caesar dressing for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill or broil chicken until cooked through. Cut into strips and set aside. Toss together cubed cheeses, romaine, 3/4 cup of Caesar dressing and croutons. Arrange chicken strips over each portion. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. Cooking Time: Approx. 20 minutes. |
