Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1 pint sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium banana -- sliced
1/4 cup pecans -- chopped
1 can crushed pineapple -- (8 1/4 ounce)
1/4 cup Maraschino cherries -- chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Mix sour cream and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and freeze*. Slice and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise. * must be prepared at least a day ahead
