Preparation:
In large bowl, blend Italian dressing with mayonnaise; add potatoes, green onions and bacon. Press 1/2 mixture into 6-1/2-cup ring mold or bowl. To remaining mixture, stir in carrots; press into mold and chill. To serve, unmold onto serving platter. Garnish, if desired, with chicory and cherry tomatoes. Makes about 12 servings. |
