Preparation:
cook noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, until tender drain, rinse well, and drain again in a large bowl, combine pasta, artichoke hearts, olives, pimiento, onion, provolone, and cheddar combine remaining ingredients in a blender process to mix well pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat cover and chill several hours or overnight, stir occaisionally serve chilled or at room temperature |
