Ingredients:

cream cheese -- rolled into balls |

nuts -- chopped |

frozen raspberries -- thawed |

Preparation:
Pour hot water over Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Form small balls of the cream cheese, roll balls in chopped nuts. Place in a 9-inch ring mold. Pour cooled raspberry Jello in mold; add raspberries to the mixture. Chill until the Jello is set.
Unmold on serving plates. Garnish with lettuce and large perfect raspberries. Top with mayonnaise with whipped cream added. |
