Preparation:
In a 2qt sauce pan, heat the oil, then add the peppers and garlic.
Allow to turn slightly golden and add the tomato. Simmer for 10 - 15
minutes on low, watching that it doesn't dry out too much. If
necessary, add some water or chicken stock. Add the herbs and season to
taste. Allow to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes more.
Serve hot over your favorite past |
