Preparation:
Arrange spare ribs in a 2 quart oblong baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at medium (50%) 20 minutes. Turn spare ribs over. Cover Microwave at medium (50%) 20 minutes. Drain. Combine pepper, sauerkraut, apple, potato and caraway seed. Spread on top of ribs. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at medium (50%) until spare ribs are fork tender, 1 5 to 20 minutes.
