Preparation:
combine garlic, chiles, marjoram or thyme, salt, pepper, lime juice, and vinegar-mix well add pork cubes-mix well cover and chill for 2-4 days drain well, pat dry heat oil in a large skillet, over a moderate flame add pork heat and stir to brown very well, until no longer pink in the center serve hot, with or without creole sauce to the side |
