Preparation:
Cook approximately 24 hours on low.
Serve over crushed tortillas or fritos that go on the bottom of the plate
Top with : grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, picanti sauce and sour cream.
I make this in an 18 qt roaster oven because I always have to double it and at times, triple it. Makes a bunch and goes a long way. |
