Preparation:
Brown meat in shortening. Place in large casserole or Dutch oven. Combine Dr. Pepper, catsup, vinegar, salt, pepper, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour over ribs; roast in 350 degrees oven about 2 hours or until tender, turning ribs once or twice. Makes 4 to 6 servings. This is an excellent crock pot or slow cooker recipe. |
