Preparation:
combine catsup, ginger, butter, worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and coriander in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil remove from heat and set aside place meat onto a roasting rack rub with salt, pepper, and msg cover and chill for 2-24 hours place into a roasting pan bake @ 350 for 45 minutes, baste well continue cooking and basting every 15 minutes, for a total of 60-90 minutes arrange onto a serving platter garnish as desired serve hot or at room temperature note: good for beef or chicken |
