Groundnut Chop

Ingredients:

2 pounds sliced cooked lamb
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/4 Cup water
1 teaspoon paprika
2/3 Cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice with side dishes of chutney and coconut.
