Preparation:
Combine roasted garlic teriyaki marinade and fennel in large bowl; add spareribs and toss to thoroughly coat all pieces with sauce. Reserving sauce, remove ribs and place, meaty side down, in a large, shallow foil-lined baking pan. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F, 45 minutes. Discard foil; turn ribs over and brush with half of reserved sauce. Bake 15 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce, bake 15 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender. |
