Peachy Ham Kabobs

Serves: 8 kabobs
 

Ingredients:

1/4 pound cooked ham -- cut into 3/4inch cub
8 skewers wooden skewers -- 6 inch
1 medium banana -- cut into 1/2 inch slice
1 can pineapple chunks -- 8 1/4oz
1/4 cup peach preserves
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
 

Preparation:

Soak skewers in water for 5 minutes. Drain pineapple chunks and save the juice. Thread skewers evenly with ham, banana, and pineapple. In small bowl, stir together peach jam and 1 tablespoon of reserved pineapple juice. Brush sauce over kabobs.
