Ingredients:

6 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 pound noodles
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons scallions
1/2 pound pork
 

Preparation:

parboil noodles, drain heat stock, soy, and ginger to a low simmer, over a medium flame add noodles and simmer for 1 minute, without boiling season to taste add pork and scallions serve hot
