Preparation:
Line broiler pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with pumpkin pie spice, salt and pepper. Place pork on sprayed foil-lined pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. Turn pork ; cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Brush pork with jelly; broil an additional 30 to 60 seconds to glaze. 4 servings. |
