Preparation:
Pour salsa over neufchatel cheese; top with cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers or party rye bread slices.
Variations: Substitute any of the following for salsa and cheddar cheese:
1/4 cup sauceworks cocktail sauce and frozen cooked tiny shrimp, thawed, drained
1/4 cup kraft horseradish sauce mixed with 1 teaspoon kraft pure prepared mustard and finely chopped ham
2 1/4oz can deviled ham and sweet pickle relish
Crisply cooked crumbled bacon and green onion slices
1/3 cup kraft pineapple preserves combined with 1/2 teaspoon kraft prepared horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon kraft pure prepared mustard.
