Preparation:
Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around saltine crackers. Place cut side down on paper plate and paper towel. Cover with another paper towel. Microwave at High (time depends on number of bacon being cooked, e.g., 4 bacon thins-2 1/2 minutes; 6 at 3 minutes). Check and microwave longer if necessary. When done, bacon is crisp and cracker is slightly browned. |
