Preparation:
Cut off 1/4 of the pepper, leaving 3/4's to stuff . Remove the white membranes and seeds (these are what make the pepper spicy). Mix the cheese, crab and mayonnaise, together and fill the pepper. Dip in egg and
roll in breadcrumbs. After you done this the first time, and the peppers
are dry, then repeat. The second coating prevents the cheese from leaking out while baking. Bake at 550 for 20 minutes, or until they are completely browned. Check them after 15 minutes.
Note: Don't let the baked pepper, touch your lips, while eating, they will burn you.
Note: If they are to hot, don't drink water, eat a slice of bread.
